MEET CARRIE
The founder of HR Data Works, Carrie has been in the technology industry her whole career. From the early days when she implemented technology solutions for the parks and recreation sector to her latest work within the people analytics space, Carrie has demonstrated strong project management skills and adaptability.
Carrie's strength is leading projects, driving improvements, and stepping in as a resource powerhouse when needed. Her clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 400 organizations.
Over the past decade, Carrie has been leading the charge on people analytics projects. This has given her the opportunity to witness how analytics can shape business practices and help drive employee engagement. By helping companies at various stages of their people analytics journeys, she has gained skills that will be an asset for any organization that is committed to delivering results through HR tech.

Drawing upon our extensive expertise in people analytics, we played a pivotal role in facilitating a smooth tech transition during a corporate divestiture. In this unique situation, we established a dedicated system for the divested company, effectively taking the lead and minimizing resource strain on the parent company.
Working in partnership with the client, we leveraged our expertise in people analytics to create a new application, train a new team, share guidance on operational requirements, and establish an environment where this organization could thrive post launch. This was all done within a six month period.
